Payment You are required to pay in advance by EFT by not later than 3 days prior to training commencement date. BCS reserves the right to refuse admission/training if payment has not been received. Non-payment/non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. No certificates or feedback will be issued unless the costs have been paid in full. If you do not receive written confirmation within 24 hours, it is your responsibility to follow up by telephone. Without a written confirmation your cancellation/postponement is not valid, you will be liable for the full cost. Substitution of a delegate who cannot attend is always welcome. There is no refund for non-arrivals. ID Document/ Passport All delegates must bring a copy of their Identity document to the training.
